Hello, I am Louise Thorogood, a humanist creative private counsellor based in Uckfield, Sussex. 

My aim is to help you to better understand yourself, access the choices available to you and give you the capacity and energy to make changes in your life.

I am passionate about facilitating a kind, caring, compassionate, safe therapeutic relationship to enable you to find healing and growth. 

My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy of empathy, respect and authenticity. I want you to be able to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement, feeling held safely in the therapeutic space.
